Please note that in addition to the €3.00 customs duty per item, from November 1st there is now a €2.00 handling fee per item for all goods shipped to European Union destinations. We do not currently collect this up front and it will be collected by the courier, regardless of which courier is chosen at the checkout.

• €3.00 customs duty per item on consignments up to €150.00, in force since 1st July 2026 and due to run until 1st July 2028. This applies per line item, so a parcel with three different products carries €9.00.
• €2.00 Union handling fee per item from 1st November 2026, at any consignment value.
• VAT at the customer's country rate, collected on arrival.
