The NATO survival button compass is an ISSUE NATO BUTTON COMPASS by Francis Barker with all brass construction, luminous N & S points. Niva tipped brass pivot. NSN 6605-99-265-1167. Weighing only 3g and measuring 5mm x 15mm diameter, it is small enough to conceal easily. Can be sewn into clothing or hidden around the body. Carry it with you at all times as you never know when you will need it. (Not suitable for swimming/diving/water sports. Splash-proof only.)

The NATO survival button holder is designed to fit 18mm, 19mm and 20mm CWC military straps (18 and 19mm will have some wiggle room). Also fits other straps of thickness up to 1.4mm. Made from resilient Nylon 12A material.

Perfect match for SBS Divers Watch & WOE Five Eye Nylon Watch Strap - PVD/Black

I love my SBS divers watch but I’m not a fan of the nylon strap that comes with it. I changed the strap to a WOE Five Eye Nylon Watch Strap - PVD/Black which is perfect in fit, strength and comfort. The final icing on the cake was the NATO Survival Button Compass with the strap holder. It’s a really tight fit with the WOE strap due to the extra thickness of the strap but, once I managed to get the holder on to the strap, it proved to be the perfect match. I really can’t think of a more perfect EDC watch and compass combination!
