CWC Ti300 Titanium 5 Quartz Divers Watch

Item code: 74095

The CWC Ti300 titanium version of our iconic divers’ watch is very light weight and tough. Creating a titanium version with the requisite fixed bars required a solution to machine the bars as part of the case. The result is both functional and aesthetic, without detracting from the lineage of our issued watches. The Ti300 has Royal Navy heritage running through every curve of the case, every turn of the bezel and every time you strap it on.

The bezel inner ring is the Type 92 used on the CWC 1992 RN and SBS watches and is unique to that year, but with 120 clicks for precise elapse timing - combining vintage looks with modern functionality.

The ETA HAQ F06.402 movement is a workhorse of the quartz range providing accurate and reliable timekeeping. The battery life for this movement is 94 months; the battery used is the Renata 395.

Water-resistance remains at 300 metres, in keeping with the military issued watches.

Titanium grade 5 looks and feels distinctive, while the weight is noticeably lighter. To complement the Ti300, we have specifically produced a strap with titanium hardware combined with our military issued grey nylon for this watch.

Simply superb watch

I was mesmerized once I’d seen this model for the first time, and now it is finally came to my hands. It’s just amazing, super light, very comfortable, no reflections, strap monster, hac quartz, 8 years battery - simply beautiful watch. The toolish tool in my collection and man I’m happy to have it. Thank you very much CWC for such a great deal, and highly recommend the watch!

Want to love it but can't

Solid movement, Ti grade 5, integral lugs, nice lume, basically perfect quality...
I have the CWC SBS and the Tudor Pelagos FXD, so the TI300 seemed to be the perfect combination of both but isnt.
Why?
1. It is thicker than the SBS therefore especially the Dial also lays deeper and the watch it self doesnt seem as thin and sleek as the SBS anymore.
2. it wears really high... I dunno, but the geometry of the integrated lugs makes the watch wear higher than the bigger and thicker Pelagos and also higher than the SBS. The watch seems to hover to much imo and also tends to stuck on sleeves.
Funnily, while it is lighter it wears more head orientated than the SBS.
3. less character than the SBS. This is pure subjective but the black on black has just more Character. The TI300 isnt a dress watch but also to shiny for tactical imo.
4. The Hands. The white hands on all black SBS give a nice contrast, here it doesnt work. Black framed hands or minimum the orange seconds tip from TGF version would help.
5. Price... around 1350€ plus import costs to EU... I appreciate CWC's quality & heritage but this is just to much for a Quartz

In the end I didnt get warm with the ti300 and like my SBS more than before which is quite funny as the Ti300 was planned to replace it.

This might be the best dive watch available

This watch is arguably the best all around dive watch from a true tool perspective. The quality is absolutely outstanding. The bead blasted titanium case, integrated lugs, bezel action, and thermocompensated high accuracy quartz movement together make this watch a true tool. I’ve owned the watch for over 4 months and it has gained a total of 1 sec. Sure, there are fancier, more expensive dive watches on the market. But this thing is a tank, lightweight, and can pair with literally any color/style NATO strap. I own about 30 different NATO straps, and the one that comes with the watch is extremely high quality. If you are in the market for a super accurate, lightweight, absolute tank of a tool watch, don’t look any further than this one. Well done CWC!
