Automatic Divers Watch + Date (SF300 AS120-D)

Item code: 73128

THE MECHANICAL CHOICE

The Special Forces Diver with Swiss automatic movement.

Produced by CWC since the late 1990s, the SF300 Automatic combines the proven design of the Special Forces Diver with the character of a Swiss automatic movement, presented in CWC's distinctive black case.

Some watches demand attention.

This one earns respect quietly.

Built around the same black case family developed for the CWC SBS Diver, the SF300 Automatic was re-engineered internally to accommodate a Swiss automatic movement while preserving the proportions, durability and military character of the original design.

Externally, it remains unmistakably CWC. The discreet PVD black finish, fixed strap bars, screw-down crown and 300-metre water resistance create a robust mechanical diver that is equally suited to everyday wear and more demanding environments.

Early production models featured tritium (T) dial markings before transitioning to Super-LumiNova as luminous technology evolved. Today, the SF300 Automatic is powered by the Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 Top Grade automatic movement, chosen for its proven reliability, accuracy and long-term serviceability.

The SF300 Automatic later formed the foundation of the limited-edition Mutineer. While the Mutineer introduced collaboration-specific details, it retained the proven automatic platform first established by the SF300 Automatic.

Purpose without compromise.

Extremely well built watch

Very solid and well built watch. Keeping time flawlessly. The black-out bezel is definitely a huge upgrade that’s worth the money

No nonsense practical watch

This watch is now my every day wearer and I’m very happy. It’s light and very luminous in the dark. I can tell the time without having to wear specs and it actually looks ok wearing it when going on a night out. As a Rolex and Omega person I was unsure of the quality, however I am very pleased. I would recommend this watch to anyone who just wants a good watch.

Blacked out Divers watch with Black bezel

I've been wearing this watch for awhile now and absolutely love it! When I opened up the box and first saw it in person, I was excited as well as surprised. Surprised at how small and compact the size of the watch was. But once I got it on wrist, it just felt right. The option of getting the black bezel was just what I wanted to set this new watch apart from the others. Looks really subdued. I'm really loving the watch, and I'll be considering getting another watch in the future. And also the communication between myself and your customer service was top notch. Every email was answered thoroughly and quickly. Thanks ! If your on the fence about getting one of these watches? Just get one you'll love it too.

Customer service and quality of product.

My watch was less than a week old and developed a PVD flaw.
CWC implied it was my fault .
I told them this was not the case and should not have happened on £1299 watch with PVD not unless you are abusing the watch not through normal wear.
I was willing to exchange for a non PVD model and refund the difference but due to their customer service which is absolutely abysmal.
I will have a refund.

I will take the relevant legal action if not and under the customer rights act 2015 goods should be satisfactory and fit for purpose. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty. I would like a full refund.

CWC have not replied to my emails which I sent and they have received the watch as o check the tracking and signed receipt and still not replied when o asked to confirm they received the watch.

Will never purchase or recommend them to my fellow military services personnel which they are supposed to issue to and if this is the way they are treating customers military or civilian is not good enough.

I have the emails of proof I sent them to CWC.

CWC Diver Mk.2 Automatic

I purchased this watch for it to serve as a tool watch. I am active military, and have been wearing this watch to work (every day) for several weeks after delivery. The watch is fantastic. It's size is perfect for my wrist (7.25 in.) It is rugged, understated, but simultaneously makes me smile each time I look down at the smooth hand sweep. The only thing to look out for, in my experience with my watch, is the accuracy. I have set the time of this watch to the atomic clock on multiple occasions, and after less than 24 hours elapsed, the watch is off by several minutes. This is less than ideal, but if accuracy isn't terribly important to you, its the only gripe I have about the watch at all. Otherwise, fantastic watch in every way. I will look into ways to tune the watch to hopefully improve the accuracy ...
