CWC G40 Quartz Watch

What an excellent tool watch at an unbelievable price. Wears well, looks great, and quality is fantastic. Another superb piece from CWC.

This is my 4th CWC, this is a great watch. Sapphire domed crystal, decent lume, 200m wr, superb legibility with the second hand hitting all the markers. Great customer service, ordered yesterday, and received it this morning. Got my payment details wrong, telephoned them, cancelled the order, the young girl I spoke to sorted it immediately ! Thank you. This is a gem of a watch, and will be getting lots of wrist time.

ただのクオーツだとMWCと似たものもあり、物足りなさを感じます。メカニカルクオーツまたは自動巻きだったら愛着が増します。

I very much like the option of a 40mm field watch for my 7.25" - 7.5" wrist. I greatly appreciate the sapphire crystal and 200m WR, making the G40 on a Nato strap absolutely bombproof for any adventure. The dial is subtle and grants greater flexibility as it doesn't look like a traditional field/ military watch at first glance. If you add a leather strap it upgrades to a "dressy casual" look. (Although I would have liked if one of the dial options had included a dial choice closer to the W10/ Sapphire GS with the bolder, large numerals and "railroad track".) I highly recommended the G40 for people who want tough field watch with more "wrist presence."
