Built for elite units of the British Forces, the Royal Marines and Special Boat Service, currently also issued to Royal Navy Divers, Commanders and other specialist roles.
Capable of submersing to 300 metres / 1000ft and made for the toughest conditions. Real history and true provenance associated with this watch which has been issued now for 30+ years. The original MOD specification dates back to 1987, signed by the Officer Commanding Royal Marines for CWC to produce this watch, and it has been issued since then.

I am not a watch expert by any means, but I really appreciate this one. It does the three things I want in an everyday watch very well. No radios, no button to illuminate, and as it's quartz I don't have to set it every few days when I've decided to wear something else for a bit. As an expat I also appreciate having something with a link to Britain, and so far it has seemed solid enough to cope with my industrial IT environment. Ordering, shipping/customs and delivery was nice and smooth, overall very happy indeed!

My watch, several NATO straps and a LAND SEA AIR ZULU arrived safely and I’m very happy with my choice.
This is my 2nd CWC diver as I have the RN QUARTZ DIVERS WATCH MK.2 and both are outstanding time pieces, robust, accurate and superbly finished.
