Developed to meet the demanding requirements of British military service, the CWC Military Issue Strap was designed with one purpose: to keep a watch securely attached to the wrist, whatever the conditions.
Some straps are inspired by military service.
This one continues to serve.
Originally specified by the Ministry of Defence as the "Strap, Wrist Watch, Nylon", it remains the genuine military issue strap supplied by CWC today. In Military Grey, it continues to be supplied with the CWC SBS Diver and the CWC G10-X.
Unlike most military-style straps, the genuine CWC Military Issue Strap features ultrasonically welded keepers rather than stitched loops, exactly as specified by the Ministry of Defence. This distinctive construction provides greater durability and helps the strap retain its shape through prolonged use.
More than an accessory, it is an integral part of the military watch system.

Strap arrived amazingly quickly and was exactly as described
As usual exceeds any of the other so called ‘NATO’ straps
CWC did a wondreful job on repairing my CWC watch after a previous attempt was made by a high street jeweller. I'd taken it in for a clean as it had stopped working (not a battery issue I was told). Upon return it failed waterproofness three times and the last attempt resulted in the face detaching from the watch. One call to CWC and the whole repair was carried out seamlessly and is back on my wrist working and waterproof! Rachel and her team are super efficient and kept me informed along the way of exactly how it was going and where it was. Need a repair? Go direct to CWC.
