CWC GS Sapphire Watch, Stainless Steel with Black Dial

Gs is a modified and improved version of the g10. It's just looks beteer has slightly bigger size. Very crisp and clear outline. Matte casing is very nice. Looks like a tool watch but a bit more luxurious. Recommended.

Great looking watch. I had let the strap be loose to get it settled in, now fitting perfect, easy to read at night !!

I really wanted this watch and waited patiently for the new batch... Unfortunately I should have believed the person that mentioned the sharp edges and poor timekeeping. The edges are really sharp and once I had noticed it I couldn't stop it shouting at me! I nearly cut my Wife's face as I reached across the kitchen for a cup....( How would that have played out in court?) Also the watch is not very quartz like in its accuracy. Mine is a few seconds slow every day.... Watch will be on ebay shortly I think, could have saved a lot buying a casio instead. Shame!

OK so it's the right size and tough and is always easy to read.
Now the not so good. The corners of the watch are hazardous, far too sharp and badly finished.
The next one is the sub par movement. Mine is a good few seconds fast after only 24 hours.

Ive had the watch since 2019. I wear it more than any other watch I own. Ive tried to replace it but I just cant find any other watch that covers so many bases as this. 200m WR, slim & svelte, sapphire crystal, with the combined polycarbonate case its impervious to any knocks or scratches (Although it does leave marring over time on the stainless body if dust/debris is caught between, polishing the bead blast finish away). I wear it to work with confidence. The NATO straps are easy to wash or replace. Simple but highly legible dial. Decent accuracy. No, its not an auto but I think this is why its my 'go-to' watch - its always ticking and set. The brand also has significant horological UK history. I bought the none-date version for a symmetrical dial face. Im here now because I have decided to purchase the date version as there is no doubt this will continue to be my daily for all time. Its out of stock. Damn.
