CWC British Military G10 Quartz Watch - Navigator (with Date)

Item code: 74131

Cabot Watch Company G10 Navigator (with date).

In 1980, the first quartz watch issued to British Forces was made by CWC. The Navigator is the date version of the G10 and it has been issued to British Forces intermittently over many years, which makes it quite rare as numbers were low compared to the standard non-date G10. The last batch was supplied in the late 1990s.

Favourite and most worn G10

Since my first issued G10 from 2006 I started wearing it a lot. Love the design the simplicity and the quality. Later I bought the GS for even more toughess.
Then came the navigator for even more accuracy and the date.
Very happy now with also the G22.
Will never sell one of these watches. My perfect little collection!

The ultimate G10!

Buy this watch. It's simple really. Nothing more to add. But I will add nonetheless.
I've had Omegas, Rolex, Seikos, IWC and many others. I've also owned several CWCs.
After feeling worn down by this hobby, I noticed that CWC had finally re-released the Navigator. This is now my daily watch, and by far the best little field CWC you can imagine.
It's light (49g on an olive Haveston strap), it's giving me all the vintage gorgeous distortions from the acrylic glass i could wish for, it's ultra slim and comfy on wrist. This is a watch to wear and be proud of. It's highly legible, the date window is lovely and has a beautiful snap when changing the date. I hope to wear this one for years, and look forward to seeing it age, and hopefully it'll look like my old G10 from 1990, scratched up, steel more silver than grey, no sharp edges. This is the cure for any struggling watch addict. Just buy it

Astonishing

Beautiful and astonishing
Obviously, the very successor of British military watch after Dirty Dozen
No wonder why people are eagerly enthusiastic in G10
