[VAULT] CWC RN FLEET AIR ARM MECHANICAL CHRONOGRAPH (caseback pitting)

Condition rating: Excellent (caseback has marks)

Showing little if any signs of use apart from the case back (see pictures) we are not sure what this is but not very noticeable unless viewed under magnification. 

One only, circa 1990s. Incredible vintage stock Fleet Air Arm pilots chronograph with Tritium markings (will not glow very bright due to end-of-life Tritium). Ageing to dial and hands adds to the patina and character of this original 90’s chronograph. 

CWC Mechanical British chronograph watch, 30 minute chronograph with constant seconds dial. Original early 90’ military timepiece, acrylic glass, reliable and accurate mechanical movement. Valjoux 7765.

These were supplied via Navy ship fitout contracts in small numbers during the 80's and 90's. We supplied the FAA chronograph, the quartz chronographs, Ships clocks and Ships chronometer clocks for the same contract where one company would supply everything required to refit a Royal Navy ship back into service including the aircraft on board.
